As you were aware the floor was supposed to be exposed aggregate flooring but the previous installer had messed up badly. There was a considerable amount of filling, screeding and grinding required to prepare the surface for the new coating. We were extremely happy with all the work performed and the way you cleaned up the site prior to leaving each day. Your professionalism, tidiness and your approach to customer service impressed us. We were kept informed at all times as to what was happening and we were pleased that you telephoned us when you were delayed and when you could not attend on the agreed day, we have had very few trades persons bother with this simple courtesy.
